Mayo clinic recommends only allowing yourself the same amount of time on the internet as you have exercised that day. I think that's great advise because the intent is for me to get off my ass and get moving more. It's crazy how "just a peak at Pinterest" can turn into a really-long-time at scrolling and scrolling and scrolling. Oh well, there's only so many tiny houses and bath room remodels one can look at anyway.
I've decided to challenge myself and be totally unplugged for a day. Tomorrow will be unplugged Tuesday. Can I do it? I'm already in withdrawal just at the thought of it...
