What happened

What the hell has happened to me?  I used to love to work out, love to run, love to be outdoors, and over the years, that has all faded away. Work has kept me so buzy that I'm tired all the time. I only get out to walk Shadow for his evening walk and a short walk/jog on the weekends.

I've still maintained a primarily vegetarian diet, think I'm eating healthy, and end up with kidney stones because my kidneys can't get gid of oxalates, so  practically everything I love to eat is stone forming: spinach, almonds, almond milk, beets, okra, asparagus, the list goes on and on. So I started to focus on other foods I enjoy, pasta and lots of it. Gradually I packed on 20 pounds, lovely. To lose the weight, I switched things up and went low carb, high protein eggs, cheese. I lost the weight but now my cholesterol is too high, beautiful.

So enough is enough, I've got to get it together. I have to do better. I found good info on the Mayo Clinic web site and will give it a try starting right now.

...and I'll brush my teeth more.
